ADC’s teaching philosophy is based upon the premise that children thrive in a loving, positive and nurturing environment. Lots of children’s classes a week in almost every dance style are offered on two locations: City Center and IJburg. Pleasure in dance is the most important thing for us and besides that we strive toward the highest level regards class content / pedagogy.
Every teacher is certified and has their own unique way of teaching. Therefore a child can almost always find a teacher that fits their needs which benefits the dance development. We are not an academy but if we see a child’s got talent we can guide them in the right direction.
The learning progress of your child can be followed during the open classes that take place twice every season (before the Xmas and summer break) during the regular class time. Children can always participate in a trial class (If we have space available); we do need an enrollment prior to the trial class. After you received our invitation your child is more than welcome to join the class.
