    I’ve got a debit block on my account or direct debit failed for whatever reason, what happens next?

    If direct debit  is not possible for whatever reason, we will have to send invoices and you have to take additional fees into account. (see INVOICE POLICY below):

    INVOICE POLICY
    Reminder email = no administration fee
    2nd reminder = + € 7,50 administration fee
    Notice of default = + € 7,50 + € 15,- administration fee
    You will receive the above notifications by e-mail.
    We work together with collection agency: Incasso Federatie Nederland.
    Unpaid administration fees of invoices are regarded as outstanding fees and where necessary , will be re- invoiced in accordance with the above invoice policy
