ALGEMEEN
Uw aanmelding voor jeugdseizoen 2024-2025 betreft de gehele (rest) periode t/m 29 juni 2025, wij bedoelen hiermee dat wij de plek voor uw kind het gehele seizoen voor u gereserveerd hebben. U kunt wel opzeggen, zie hieronder onder ‘Opzeggen’.
- Alle kinderen en bezoekers worden geacht zich te houden aan de huisregels van het ADC.
- De ADC-organisatie en administratie communiceert graag met u via de berichten box/chat in uw persoonlijke ADC profiel.
- Uw berichten (mondeling of telefonisch) via de docent en/of baliepersoneel worden niet verwerkt.
- Het ADC is niet aansprakelijk voor niet aangekomen berichten en/of mail, ongeopende berichten/mail of fout opgegeven e-mailadressen. Controleert u daarom de instellingen van uw Spamfilter en controleer regelmatig uw Spambox , zodat u de ADC-berichten kunt ontvangen.
- Aanmeldingen zijn persoonsgebonden.
- Het ADC is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies en/of diefstal van persoonlijke goederen.
- Het ADC is niet aansprakelijk voor eventuele blessures en/of lichamelijk letsel van gebruikers van onze panden.
- ADC behoudt zich het recht voor om gedurende een ‘acceptabele periode’ gesloten te zijn in geval van brand-, waterschade, verhuizing of andere onvoorziene situaties. Er kan in dit geval geen recht ontleend worden tot ontbinding of opschorting van termijnbetaling verplichtingen.
- In geval het ADC op last van de overheid wordt gesloten voor bepaalde periode, biedt het ADC haar lessen op een alternatieve wijze aan. Met het aangaan van de aanmelding voor jeugdseizoen 2024/2025 is de klant akkoord gegaan met deze plaatsvervangende dienst en geeft geen recht tot ontbinding van de aanmelding.
FINANCIEEL
Alle gepubliceerde bedragen zijn maandbedragen. Een heel seizoen telt 10 maandbedragen.
- Vakanties en vrije dagen zijn reeds verrekend in de totaalprijs.
- Er geldt een aanmeldtarief van € 15.- per kind/ per jaar. Aanmeldkosten dient bij de online aanmelding afgerekend te worden middels IDEAL.
- Aanmeld kosten wordt niet gerestitueerd, ook niet in het geval er alleen een proefles is gevolgd.
- Alle maandbedragen worden middels een automatische incasso rond de 15e van de maand afgeschreven van het door de klant gebruikte IBAN-nummer van de IDEAL-betaling voor het inschrijfgeld.
- Bij instroom na 15 september 2024, wordt de eerste maandbetaling na evenredigheid afgerekend.
- Bij een onrechtmatige terugboeking brengen wij (zonder verdere aankondiging in de opvolgende maandtermijn) € 10,- administratie kosten in rekening. Dit zijn de directe kosten die de bank ons hiervoor aan administratie kosten rekent.
- Geen restituties op lesgelden.
- 2 of meer kinderen uit één gezin geeft een korting van 5 % per kind op het lesgeld.
- 2 of meer lessen per kind geeft een korting van 5 % per les op het lesgeld.
- Kortingen worden pas toegekend bij de eerste volle maandbetaling.
- SEIZOEN 2024-2025: 50% korting op de tweede les indien de eerste les een Ballet les of een Combi ballet-modern les is.
Indien het lesgeld door het Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur wordt gefinancierd, kan de online aanmelding pas geschieden nadat u de toekenning heeft gemaild naar info@amsterdamdancecentre.nl
OPZEGGEN
Na 1e les (de proefles) | U stuurt ons binnen 1 week na de proefles een bericht via uw persoonlijke ADC profiel (klik op het ‘envelopje’/desktop of op ‘berichten’ in de app), uw opzegging wordt bevestigd via deze berichten box en heeft u altijd ter inzage. Er volgen geen automatische incasso’s. |
Gedurende het seizoen | Alleen halverwege het seizoen is opzeggen mogelijk. U stuurt ons uw opzegging uiterlijk voor 15 januari 2025 via uw persoonlijke ADC profiel (klik op het ‘envelopje’/desktop of op ‘berichten’ in de app). Uw opzegging wordt bevestigd via deze berichten box en heeft u altijd ter inzage. Er volgen geen automatische incasso’s meer vanaf februari 2025. |

GENERAL CONDITIONS YOUTH 2024-2025
GENERAL
Your registration for the 2024-2025 youth season covers the entire (rest) period up to and including June 29, 2025 by which we mean that we have reserved the place for your child for the entire season. You can cancel, see below under ‘Cancel’.
- All children and visitors are expected to abide by the house rules of the ADC.
- The ADC prefers to communicate with you through the message box in your online ADC profile.
- Messages (verbally or by telephone) via the teacher and/or desk staff will not be processed.
- The ADC is not liable for undelivered messages or email, unopened messages/ email or incorrectly specified email addresses. Please therefore check the settings of your Spam filter and check your Spam box regularly so that you receive the ADC messages /email.
- Registrations are personal.
- The ADC is not liable for loss and/or theft of personal property.
- The ADC is not liable for any injuries and/or bodily harm suffered by users of our premises.
- ADC reserves the right to be closed for an “acceptable period” in the event of fire, water damage, relocation, or other unforeseen circumstances. In this case, no right can be derived to dissolve or suspend instalment payment obligations.
- In case the ADC is closed for a certain period by order of the government, the ADC offers its classes in an alternative way. By entering into the registration for the 2024/2025 youth season, the customer has agreed to this substitute service and does not give the right to dissolve the registration.
FINANCIAL
All published amounts are monthly amounts. A whole season has 10 monthly amounts.
- Holidays and days off are already included in the total price.
- There is a registration fee of € 15 per child / per year. Registration fee must be paid with IDEAL when registering online.
- Registration fee is non-refundable, even if only a trial class has been followed.
- All monthly amounts are debited by direct debit around the 15th of the month from the IBAN number used by the customer for the IDEAL payment for the registration fee.
- For intake after September 15th 2024, the first monthly payment will be settled pro rata.
- In the event of an unlawful chargeback, we will charge an administration fee of € 10 (without further announcement in the following monthly instalment). These are the direct costs that the bank charges us for this in administration costs.
- No refunds on tuition fees.
- 2 or more children from one family gives a discount of 5% per child on the tuition fee.
- 2 or more classes per child gives a discount of 5% per class on the tuition fee.
- Discounts are only granted with the first full monthly payment.
SEASON 2024-2025: 50% discount on the second class if the first class is a Ballet class or a Combi ballet-modern class.
If the tuition fee is financed by the Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur, the online registration can only take place after you have e-mailed the allocation to info@amsterdamdancecentre.nl
TO CANCEL
After 1st (trial)class: You send us a message within 1 week after the trial class via your personal ADC profile (click on the ‘envelope’/desktop or on ‘messages’ in the app), your cancellation will be confirmed via this message box and you will always have it available for inspection. There will be no direct debits
During the season: Cancellation is only possible halfway through the season. You must send us your cancellation before 15 January 2025 via your personal ADC profile (click on the ‘envelope’/desktop or on ‘messages’ in the app). Your cancellation will be confirmed via this message box and you will always have it available for inspection. There will be no more direct debits from February 2025 onwards
